(Flexible Packaging) Kent Precision Foods Group Acquires PouchTec Industries

Kent Precision Foods Group (KPFG), a subsidiary of Kent Corporation, have entered into an agreement to acquire flexible packaging supplier PouchTec Industries.
“Both KPFG and PouchTec are passionate about serving customers and bringing innovative solutions that help customers achieve their growth goals,” says KPFG president Connie Huck. “Both companies are also very focused on investing in their employees and operations. We believe customers will benefit from this new coordination of efforts and shared technology platform.”
