General Description

Vanilla Lactose Free Soft Serve is a dry mix that is reconstituted with cold water and frozen down in a soft serve machine. It provides the same creamy mouth feel and delicious taste as traditional dairy soft serve.

Ingredients

Sugar, Corn Syrup Solids, Coconut Oil, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Sodium Caseinate (A Milk Derivative), Salt, Guar Gum, Potassium & Sodium Phosphate, Mono & Diglycerides, Soy Lecithin, Xanthan Gum, Artificial Flavor, Artificial Color (Yellow 5 & 6).

Directions For Use

Fill a clean Frostline™ bucket with cold water until it reaches the red line (8 quarts/2 gallons). Add entire bag of Frostline™ dry soft serve mix (6 lbs). Stir with wire whisk until completely dissolved (about 2 minutes). Pour the mixture into your soft serve machine OR cover with lid and store in refrigerator.

Note: A volume amount of 2/3 cup (level), weighing 117g, frozen prepared product is based on 40% overrun. Depending on the amount of overrun your soft serve machine is set up for, 2/3 cup prepared soft serve may weight more or less than 117g and will affect the number of servings.
