General Description

Developed as a duplication for Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing. Makes one gallon creamy buttermilk Ranch Dressing. Regular, low fat or fat free Ranch dressings can be easily prepared by changing the type of mayonnaise used (regular, low fat or fat free).

Ingredients

Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Dehydrated Garlic, Garlic Powder, Corn Starch, Onion Powder, Parsley, Maltodextrin, Spice (Includes Mustard Flour), Contains 2% Or Less of Each Of The Following: Cellulose Gum, Buttermilk Powder (Nonfat Milk, Lactic Acid, Cream, Citric Acid), Natural & Artificial Flavor, Rice Starch, Modified Food Starch, Soybean Oil, Lactic Acid Blend (Lactic Acid, Calcium Lactate), Spice Extractive (Includes Celery Extract), Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).

Directions For Use

Add contents of package (3.2 oz) to 1/2 gallon of buttermilk and whisk or use an electric mixer at low speed. Add 1/2 gallon of mayonnaise and continue mixing until smooth. For optimum flavor and thickness, cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours before servings. Keep refrigerated and stir before using.

Note: For low fat or fat free dressing, use 3 quarts of buttermilk and 1 quart of low fat or fat free mayonnaise.
