Low Fat Ranch Dressing

Hand-crafted thick, rich, creamy and low fat dressing perfect for salads, dipping sauces and sandwich spreads. Nutritional Facts based on using V402 Foothill Farms Ranch Dressing Mix with low fat buttermilk and fat free mayo.

Ingredients

Amount	Item
1 bag	Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing Mix (#V400 or #V402)
3 qts	Buttermilk
1 qt	Low Fat Mayonnaise

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, add Ranch package (3.2 oz) to buttermilk. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
Add mayonnaise and continue mixing at low speed for 2 minutes, until smooth
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, so dressing will thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
