| 1 bag | Foothill Farms Hollandiase Sauce Instant Mix (#V104) |
| 1 qt | Hot water (180°-190°F) |
| 4 lb | Fresh asparagus |
Instructions
In a mixing container, add hot water. Pour contents of Hollandaise sauce mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved.
Grill asparagus until tender.
Top 2 oz of asparagus with 1/4 cup of Hollandiase sauce.
