Greek Yogurt Creamy Italian Dressing

Give your customers the Greek style dressing that is trendy now but without buying a different SKU.

Recipe Yield: 128 2-Tbsp servings

Ingredients

Amount	Item
1 qt	Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 qt	Water
1 bag	Foothill Farms® Creamy Italian Dressing Mix (#V404)
1/2 gal	Mayonnaise

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, add yogurt and water. Mix with wire whisk or electric mixer to combined. Add Creamy Italian Dressing Mix (4 oz) and mix well.
Add mayonnaise and continue mixing at low speed, about 2 minutes, until smooth
Refrigerate 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator
NOTE: This dressing can be made "light" by using low fat mayonnaise.
