Classic Caesar Dressing

A rich montage of aged cheese, spices, oil and vinegar creates the distinctive flavor that makes your salad exquisite.

Ingredients

1 bag	Foothill Farms® Caesar Dressing Mix (#J351)
2 c	Cold water
1 qt	White vinegar
2 3/4 qts	Vegetable oil, divided

Instructions

Pour Caesar Dressing Mix (12.5 oz) into a 12-quart bowl of an electric mixer with a wire whisk attachment.
Add water, vinegar and 3 cups vegetable oil. Mix at high speed for about 3 minutes. Scrape down sides of bowl.
While mixing again, slowly pour in ½ gallon of vegetable oil. Continue mixing at high speed for another 3 minutes.
Stir before using. Cover and store in refrigerator.
