Ingredients

5 lb | Diced chicken, fully cooked, IQF, 1/2" squares |
2 Tbsp | Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Salt Free Seasoning Blend (optional) |
1/2 gal | Hot water (180°-190°F) |
1 bag | Foothill Farms® Deluxe Alfredo Sauce Mix (#575T) |
5 c | Steamed, chopped, broccoli |
3 1/4 lb | Cooked whole grain spaghetti pasta |
Instructions
To prepare chicken: Thaw chicken in cooler overnight or until fully thawed. Toss with Mrs. Dash Seasoning and cook per manufacturer's directions.
To prepare sauce: Pour hot water into mixing container. Pour contents of Sauce Mix (14 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth. Set aside.
To Serve: layer 1/4 cup alfredo sauce, 1/8 cup broccoli and 2 oz of chicken over 1/2 cup spaghetti.
