1  bag Dole® Lemon Soft Serve Mix D585
375  ml Tequilla
1/2  cup Triple sec liquer
2  gallons Cold tap water
Instructions

  1. Put tequila in a clean DOLE mixing bucket.

  2. Add triple sec liqueur.

  3. Add water to the bucket to bring liquid to the one-gallon line.

  4. Whisk in the contents of one bag of DOLE Lemon Soft Serve Mix until mix is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.

  5. Add additional cold water to bring the mixture to the two-gallon line and stir well.

  6. Immediately pour the mixture into your soft serve machine.

  7. Serve in a salt-rimmed margarita glass, top with a light sprinkle or margarita salt and garnish with a lime wedge.
