| 1 bag | Foothill Farms Traditional Tomato Suace Mix (#089T) |
| 1/2 gal | Hot water (180°-190°F) |
| 1 cup | vodka |
| 1 cup | heavy cream |
| 1 cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
| 3 3/4 lbs | cooked pasta |
Instructions
Pour water into mixing bowl. Pour Traditional Tomato Sauce Mix (16 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved. Set aside.
While continuing to stir, add in vodka, cream and cheese.
Ladle over 1 cup pasta. Garnish with shredded Parmesan and fresh chopped parsley.
