General Description

A flavor packet is a dry mix, containing concentrated flavor and/or color that can be added to Frostline™ soft serve and yogurt mixes to easily and economically create additional flavor options.

Ingredients

Sugar, Caramel Color, Natural & Artificial Flavor, Contains 2% Or Less Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).

Directions For Use

Place 2 gallons of cold tap water into a sanitized Frostline™ mixing bucket. Stir in contents of flavor packet with wire whisk. Once thoroughly dissolved, add contents of 6 lb bag of Frostline™ Soft Serve Mix or Frozen Yogurt Dessert Mix. Blend according to package directions. Pour immediately into soft serve machine or cover and store in refrigerator.*

*FDA requires product temperature to reduce to 41ºF within four hours.

Note: A volume amount of 1/2 level cup, weighing 91g, of frozen prepared product is based on 40% overrun. Depending on the amount of overrun your soft serve machine is set up for, a 1/2 cup of prepared soft serve may weigh more or less than 91g and will affect the number of servings.

Storage Information

Prior to reconstitution, this product will be stable for up to two years when stored unopened in a cool, dry place.
