With its acquisition of Total Ultimate Foods in April, 2007, Precision Foods is now proudly able to offer the TUF line-up of quality dry mix products. Sold into foodservice since 1981, TUF® products have a solid reputation for superior cheese sauces, gravies, soups and desserts.
TUF gravies include both traditional flour-based cook-up varieties, as well as convenient instant gravies that mix up with 160-190° water. Flavor varieties include brown, chicken, pork and country (both with and without pepper).
