Poke Bowl Marinade/Dressing

Create an on-trend Poke Bowl using Lido Italian Dressing as a dressing or marinade.

1 bag	Foothill Farms® Lido Italian Dressing Mix (#J342)
1 cups	Granulated sugar
2 cups	Pineapple juice
1 qt	White distilled vinegar
9 3/4 cups	Vegetable oil
1/4 cup	Sesame oil

Instructions

Pour contents of Lido Italian Mix (8 oz) into a 12-quart mixing bowl of an electric mixer with a wire whip attachment. Add one cup of granulated sugar. Pour in pineapple juice and mix well on medium speed.
Pour in vinegar and mix well on medium speed.
Slowly pour in oils and mix until thoroughly combined.
